The Hirschmann™ 96-Well Glass Tubes are engineered for laboratories requiring high chemical resistance and sample integrity. The glass tubes, also know as insert, are fully made from glass, ensuring minimal leaching and optimal purity. Glass tubes are renowned for its inert properties, offering exceptional clarity and resistance to chemicals and thermal stress. The 96-well glass tubes have a volume of 1.2ml.
The plate is fully made from polypropylene (PP), lightweight, chemically resistant, and widely used in life sciences. It has room for a total of 96 inserts, which can be purchased prefilled & fixed, tubes in bulk or the plates without the tubes. The plates with prefilled glass tubes have the tubes fixed to the itself. All the plates are supplied with a clear, protective lid, so the glass tubes won’t fall out during transport or storage.
The plates without the glass tubes are designed for multiple use and self-configuration of the tubes. In this case the tubes can purchased seperatly in bulk packaging.
